PCU Clothing Swap

What is the PCU Clothes Swap?

In keeping with our sustainability initiatives and aligning with this year’s annual theme #BeTheChange, we’d like to do a small part by encouraging an alternative approach to updating your wardrobes while also giving to a good cause!

For the PCU Swap Students, Lecuteres and Staff can bring in clothes they no longer want and switch them for clothes that other people have brought in! Tables and racks will be set up in the Student Lounge for everyone to browse (from 11:00 – 15:00). Towards the end of the event (15:00-18:00), we’ll have guest speakers from Moment, #BeTheChange, and more, followed by music and mulled wine!

Moment Secondhand Shop

All of the leftover clothes will be donated to Moment, our charity partner. They are a nonprofit organization that is located very close to the Polská campus. The clothes that we donate will be sold in their stores where the profit goes to one of their charity projects. The last time we cooperated with Moment on a clothing drive, we were able to donate 11kg of clothes!
